And subject to gradual changes, but good for now. I try to post new pieces at least once a week. I take paypal, which accepts just about anything. If you're leary of paypal let me know and we can work something out.

New Album!

I finally set up an album with some pictures of old favorites. I'm still waiting until my displays come in to take pictures of the new pieces, though. WHEN WILL THEY FINALLY COME IN?!?! I'm still setting up my etsy shop-making banners...setting up paypal...etc...but the account is up. The web addy is http://www.sirenplayjewelry.etsy.com, so you can bookmark it in advance. I have finally decided it is time to start selling! I made my first big step today by going to the bank and opening a separate checking account. I've also started making jewelry like crazy and as soon as I take some pics, I'll post them here and set up an account on Etsy.com. It will be fantabulous.

Hi!

My name is Amy and this is the blog I've set up to show off my jewelry and keep every one who wishes to know in-the-know about what's going on in my jewelry making life. It's a kind of response to the many who have asked "Where's your web site?" to whom I have replied "...somewhere." Things on the net have been getting off to a rather slow start.

Other things have had a really good start. The Thanksgiving family show did very well. I sold almost everything on the table and had a few orders for things that weren't. Most of those were made immediatly and got to go home with people that day. The rest are being sent out this week. I've also made up some business cards that will be printed and sent out this week through various and sundry channels-friends, family, the mail, perhaps on the back of an ostrich...they're pretty speedy.

Finals are coming up, so I won't be able to bead much for a week or so.:( I will probably go through withdrawels. I'll post when I do make something new. It will be nifty.
